Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.

2. Your License to Use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own travel planning and collaboration purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App or any part of it.

3. User Content

• You retain ownership of the trips, images, notes and other content you create or upload ("User Content").
• You grant us a limited licence to store, display and process your User Content solely to operate the App for you and your invited collaborators.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
• You may delete your User Content at any time within the App, or request account deletion.

4. Trip Sharing & Collaboration

You may invite others to view or collaborate on trips by their email address. You are responsible for the collaborators you invite and for any content you share. Collaborators gain access only to the specific trips you share with them, in accordance with your sharing settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or harassing.
• Attempt to access another user's data without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, security, or functionality.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may link to or integrate with third-party services (such as maps, search and booking providers). We are not responsible for the practices or content of those services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that travel information, routes, or suggestions shown in the App will be accurate or complete. You should always verify travel details with the relevant providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triparo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including any missed bookings, travel arrangements, or data loss not caused by our gross negligence.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we believe your use poses a risk to the App or its users.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
